At XxouYen™, we want customers to feel comfortable and confident when purchasing our glass goods. This policy explains how we review return requests that meet our requirements and how refunds are processed after an eligible return is approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and remain in its original condition. Whenever possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. Every return request must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Certain products may not qualify for return because of health requirements, safety regulations, or specific product restrictions.

Return Process

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will send you detailed instructions for returning the product.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. XxouYen™ will cover return shipping only if the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

After we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, it will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by XxouYen™.
