How do I place an order?

To purchase glass goods from XxouYen™, start by looking through the items in our online store. Once you find the products you want, add them to your shopping cart and follow the checkout steps to complete your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order goes through successfully, you will receive an automated confirmation email. The email will include your transaction information along with a summary of the items in your purchase.

How can I track my package?

When your order has been shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to you. You can use the tracking number from that email to check your package’s progress until it reaches your delivery address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We usually begin preparing orders shortly after payment is completed. If you need to change order details or cancel your purchase, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will try our best to help, but once processing has started, updates or cancellations may no longer be available.
